Le Journey Elegance Cruise

There was something very special about waking up on the water, surrounded by nature and silence. The cabin was comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the common areas were thoughtfully designed. This cruise has a soul. It is perfect for travelers who value atmosphere, beauty, and meaningful experiences.

Food was very tasty and views were incredible. All the activities were great to do. Really enjoyed the kayak and the Cat Ba island caves. Our host Tony was very friendly with great knowledge of the caves. Very easy to talk to staff and enjoy our time

Our room didn’t have hot water in the shower

Die Auswahl des Essens hätte bei Frühstück und Lunch besser sein können. Ständig laute Musik durch die Lautsprecher. Der Ausflug in Viet Hai Village hätte interessanter sein können. Nur zum Fuss-Spa brauche ich nicht in die LanHanBay reisen, das hätte ich auch zu Hause haben können. Also für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet.....

There is something poetic about spending the night on the bay. The gentle movement of the boat, the changing colors of the sky, and the silence in the evening created a deeply calming atmosphere. This cruise allowed us to feel connected to nature in a very intimate way.

As travelers, safety and reliability are very important to us, and this cruise did not disappoint. The crew clearly explained safety procedures, and everything felt well controlled and professional. The boat was solid, clean, and well maintained. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the journey.

Requests were handled quickly, and communication was clear at all times. Staff knew exactly what they were doing, which made the experience feel seamless. It’s clear that the team is well trained and experienced.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel was echt super. De service ook. We kregen een gratis upgrade vanwege onze huwelijksreis en hier werd ook nog aandacht aan besteed tijdens het diner. Ook voeren we naar Lan Ha Bay, een wat rustiger gedeelte, en bezochten we Cat Ba. Leuke activiteiten georganiseerd door de organisatie.

Drankjes, die niet zijn inbegrepen, vonden wij prijzig vergeleken met de rest van Vietnam.

The boat did not cruise just did excursions no good for people with limited mobility

The crew was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Would love to come back. James and Alex were very sweet and took care of all our needs when we were on cruise.

Loved the two day cruise great value for money lots of activities as you move around the bay. The staff were excellent friendly and warm plus the food was varied and enjoyable. The cruise manager was Mr Leon this guy was outstanding, professional, friendly and knowledgeable this young man is an asset to your company, thank you Leon and all the staff for making our trip special.

Early starts in the mornings 06.30 to 07.15 for breakfast they you were off the boat. Also the drinks are very expensive so be careful.
