So comfortable food was great!

When the cruise ended. .

I had an amazing experience on the Le Journey Elegance Cruise! Everything was well organised, the scenery was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make the trip special. A big thank you to Mr. Winters, the assistant director, for his professionalism and kindness, and to Shally, who was so lovely and helpful throughout the cruise. I’d definitely recommend this cruise — it was such a memorable experience!

Such warm friendly staff! Our room was amazing and very clean. The whole boat seemed new! The activities were fun.

The water was pollut3d wi5h.lots of empty bottles etc discarded rubbish that wasn't the cruises fault the cruise was great

El camarote era espectacular y todo el barco. Una gran experiencia.Esta valoración es sobre el Amanda Luxury porque a última hora nos cambiaron de barco.

Lo que no me gustó fue que un dia antes de llegar nos cambiaron de barco. Según nos informaron el barco contratado, el Le Journey Elegance tenía un problema técnico y no estaba operativo. Nos cambiaron al Amanda Luxury que cumplió totalmente las expectativas, pero durante el crucero vimos al Le jorney Elegance por la zona y con turistas dentro, por lo que entiendo que no era verdad lo del problema técnico.

The food could have been better. Staff members were a bit pushy at the end of the cruise and kept asking for great reviews. Please leave review decisions to customers without pushing them!

El personal es excelente y se preocupa en todo momento por sus huéspedes. Las vistas a la bahía son impresionantes y la excursión en kayak fue muy interesante.

Exceptuando la cena, el resto de comidas no vale lo que pagamos por la estancia ya que no había apenas variedad. Por otra parte, el ritmo de las actividades es demasiado acelerado y a veces no da tiempo a descansar lo suficiente. Otro aspecto negativo es el tiempo transcurrido desde el bote al barco ya que fueron unos 45 minutos.
