Le Journey Elegance Cruise

We have to admit that what made our cruise really special was the personnel. They were very helpful, happy and introduced us Vietnamese traditions. The room was very nice but the bathtub was a bit small and inconvenient.The food was very tasty and the organisation of our trip was absolutely amazing.

As an exception of the rest of the personnel, the lady in the land during our check in was exactly the opposite. Not helpful to complete our payment and she had a truly rude attitude. Also, there was a charge mistake that they offered immediately to return to us with and extra as an apology. When we went to receive the false extra charge they lady at the check in desk has unpleasant attitude and she didn't even smile of be friendly. However, once again the rest of the personnel are truly one of a kind!

Todo está muy bien organizado. El barco no es demasiado grande lo que se agradece, el trato es más directo y personal. Las habitaciones limpias , el personal muy amable y servicial , dirigidos por el encantador Tony D, y ofrecen multiples actividades. La comida fue relativamente buena y suficiente. Es una buena experiencia en un entorno muy lindo.

Me dolió ver bastante basura en la bahía . Creo que es algo que se debe solucionar.

Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Boot war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, besonders das Bad und der private Balkon haben uns begeistert. Das Personal war durchweg superfreundlich, und alles war perfekt organisiert. Wir hatten einen Transfer von Hanoi zur Halong-Bucht und im Anschluss vom Boot nach Cát Bà – beides wurde komplett vom Team arrangiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut gelaunt. Wir können das Schiff uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Program description could be provided more comprehensively in written form prior boarding the ship, and the fact that guests of 2 days stay combined with 3 days on board the same ship simultaneously should be ‘visible’ on booking.com when selecting an option.

The rooms were lovely. The deck area clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beer could be a little bit colder

The people, location and itinerary/experience is what makes it great. The team on board knows what is needed to have a great time. The off board trips we did were so worth getting up early. We were never bored by the wonderful views. We also arranged the transfers from Hanoi through the agency and their rates were competitive (better than Grab, for once).

Parts of the ship/room felt a bit outdated. That didn't weigh up to the mentioned pro's and we had a great time.
