St Crispins Inn liegt in einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe von Dover (20 Minuten Fahrtweg mit demAuto), sodass wir einerseits die ruhige Lage geniessen konnten und nah genug zu einigen Attraktionen waren wie Dover castle. Der Inn hat einen sehr schönen Garten, in dem man abends essen und wenn man möchte sein Bier geniessen kann. Für das Frühstück konnte man zwischen verschiedenen Variationen wählen, full english breakfast oder eine Bowl und/oder Croissant. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten für mich als kontinental liebendes Frühstück war gut und lecker. Am Tag unserer Anreise haben wir einen Tisch für das Abendessen gebucht. Die Qualität war sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

The service was poor with young people running the place. My advice would be to skip the Very expensive poor breakfast, microwave beans and very undercooked mushrooms that looked like they had just been put on the plate straight out from the ground. The sausage looked like it was recycled and the cherry tomatoes were hard and not cooked, the landlady looked like she didn't want to be there and rushed the breakfast and we left it as it was unbearable to eat and she locked back up and left as soon as we left the table. We were the only people for breakfast and I'm not surprised.

Good food and location, nice pub. Staff were super friendly.

Couldn’t run a tab or add to room so lots of little transactions needed. Felt a bit petty.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening.

Geen maaltijden op woensdag. Wel vlakbij een prima Pub met prima maaltijden.

Lovely helpful barmaid, good food.

Mainly the lack of a window in the bedroom made for a very hot and claustrophobic night. Rickety noisy hanging door to the bathroom offered no privacy and the shower had no regulation just a blast of boiling hot or freezing cold a trickle. Not what you need after very little sleep!

Booked a room for the 9th August direct and was charged a £50 deposit, ok no problem. Got a phone call later that day to says that the room had been booked by someone on Booking.com and they superseded our booking. Went on Booking.com and booked a room for the 8th only to be called later to be told the room had been given to someone else ! Person who told us could not give a reason why we were overruled twice and did not seem at all bothered. We were visiting for a family get together so as well as the room St Crispin missed out on a large restaurant booking. Found a wonderful alternative GOSS HALL ............far better than St Crispin. The staff seemed unable or unwilling to deal with any problem.

All the staff were helpful attentive and friendly; the room was comfortable, the food - breakfasts and dinners were excellent; parking was convenient, the location was quiet and relaxing in Worth and the value for money was extremely good. It was difficult to bid farewell. Worth is very central and close to many attractions in Kent.

Difficult to find anything to dislike.
