Shower broken and hanging off the wall, hard beds, dirty, stench of stale smoke throughout the home (not being picky at all, member of visit is an ex smoker and she commented on how bad the smell was, 2 teenagers commented on how bad the smell was without prompt) freezing cold, broken furniture, smoke alarms don't work, no lightbulbs in areas, cables exposed, missing appliances, key just left inter a brick outside, nil to poor contact with owner who ignored messages repeatedly, stayed from 1900-0400hrs if we could have cancelled we would have Thankfully we took a walk round video as evidence for booking.com
