"This place is only there to take money with little consideration for guests, will never use again..."

The bedsheets were clean

Felt unclean, no shower curtain, no bins in the toilet for sanitary, silicone round bath looked like it had been put on by a 5 year old. lilo wasn't fitted properly and went up the skirting. TV didn't work, no signal, no security box for the key. The back garden was an absolute tip.dare not prepare food or drink there. Felt proper ripped off

The proximity to the Etihad was great. The beds and linen were clean and fresh

It states 6 beds but there are only 5 one of our party had to find alternative accommodation. No internet as the talk talk account hadn’t been paid. The garden resembled a jungle/ refuse site, bins at the back door were overflowing and bags ripped open by vermin. The smell when we walked was awful. No shower

"Horrendous experience and wouldn’t stay again."

Was close to where we needed to go.

The smell was horrendous, house very run down, wasn’t family friendly, rubbish all by back door and garden wasn’t in any fit state to step onto. Very disgusted in how it all was.
