This accommodation has everything you need. Coffee & tea making facilities, water available and bar size fridge on floor 2. Cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer & microwave, sink etc on rooftop massive dining table. Digital keypad entry main door and also on room doors. Convenience store across the road and down a little. We also dined twice nearby at El Morocco. Small make up style fridge in room too. Hot tub on level 2 patio. Free wifi worked well. Carlos was very nice and helpful

Great place, I liked the architecture, the location, the room. The owner was very helpful, giving valuable advice for places to eat. The facilities are practical, added value and great views of the City in the Rooftop terrace.

The only issue with the room was the insulation for noise (privacy)....we could hear all the voices and noise during the busy morning from the lobby. I think it is only a matter of insulating or changing the type of door and windows to sound-proof the room. Otherwise, the room size, finishes, furniture, and bathroom are great.

The location of the hotel is great, close to some nice restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Centro. It is the best neighborhood in Oaxaca. The staff were very welcoming and helpful for our 17 days in Oaxaca. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Roof top area has amazing views of the mountains and the shared kitchen was a great addition for our group.

Really good value. Everything you need, with free coffee and tea all day and filtered water. Bed was really comfy and location was perfect to wander into town and also has restaurants and bars very close.

Only to note if you have a room facing the road the cars are quite loud. But it didn't cause a problem for us, slept very well.

I loved absolutely everything about this property! The pictures speak for themselves and met my expectations in person. Emilio and his brother were so very responsive and helpful, they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. From laundry service, to housekeeping, and recommendations! As a solo traveler I felt safe at Hotel Casa Acueducto, also the rooftop view is insane! I did my journaling and meetings there every morning. Highly recommend booking your stay here!

One of nicest accommodations we stayed in during our Mexico trip! Rooms were clean and very modern. The stuff was super nice and helpful, facilities were really good, too - you could enjoy good free coffee, tea or drinking water 24/7. Sunny terrace and a colourful, safe neighbourhood was just another plus. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel close to lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and just outside the centre of Oaxaca, close enough to walk in 5-10 mins to the centre but far enough away that is is quiet and calming. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need, the free coffee and water was such a nice touch. The terrace with hot tub was lovely to sit out in the morning/ evening. Staff were brilliant, very accommodating and helped when we needed to extend our stay.
