Hotel Casa Acueducto - Lujo Cultural

The hotel is located in a colorful, mural-filled area, walking distance to many beautiful spots. The brick and wood interiors provide a grounded atmosphere with comfortable beds, and the outdoor kitchen on the rooftop is a wonderful experience for evening meals if you feel like cooking up some of the local market delicacies one night. The staff is exceptional, accommodating a late check out. There were no taxis available for my departure, and for a reasonable price, one of the owners drove me to the bus station. They are above and beyond friendly and genuinely want you to experience their hometown.

The room was kept very clean. We had good hot water. I liked the 3rd floor patio seating area for hanging out in the evening. The owners were always very helpful. Also, I liked the location. It is slightly removed from El Centro but is still an easy walk to get to all the main sites. It has a little more of a neighborhood feel while still having a lot of character.

There can be a lot of traffic noise. The street out front isn't terribly busy, but it can still be pretty loud, although this didn't bother us too much.

Everything. Honestly amazing staff that go above and beyond for you. They even checked for me at the airport for a jacket I left behind by accident. There’s always coffee and water. The rooftop is beautiful they even have some weights for working out. I loved the neighborhood many great eats and cafes nearby. They gave restaurant suggestions which exceeded my expectations. I loved this property and would stay here again. I’ve seen reviews complaining about noise but it’s very quiet there. Especially considering it’s Mexico. Mexico is not typically quiet. I had great sleeps here. The location was awesome very walkable to everything and I will return when I’m in Oaxaca again. They have everything you need. Tiny mini fridge in room and larger one to keep food in on second floor. Stocked kitchen on the rooftop to prepare food if you wish. Beautiful views. Just an amazing stay overall

For the modest pricing, nothing was missing.

Great location comfy & quiet and easy walk to centro

Awesome place in Xochimilco... I had an amazing 9K trsil run to Cerro del Fortin adjacent to the hotel. Loved 'Corasán' bakery nearby for breakfast and 'Ancestral' restaurant for dinner

The hotel location is excellent in Xochimilco, as you can walk to great coffee shops, bakery, and great restaurants. The Jacuzzi terrace and the Roof Top Terrace are awesome and with good views.The room size was great, and the facilities, room, and washroom were very clean. The coffee kitchen in the common area always had refreshments and freshly poured coffee. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely come back.
