PYRAMID HOUSE BY THE SEA

The view was excellent.

Clean, neat and pleasant property.

WiFi and Dstv didn’t have good network. Heavy reliance on aircon since windows have to be kept closed.

The views were amazing, the owners were very accommodating and a great help with printing documents for our flight, local knowledge and changing a bulb(globe). Room was clean on arrival. pool on site, good size. Gecko friend in the apartment, no problem with him at all, kind of sweet. Cats and dogs were lovely and had cuddles. alarm system and clear instructions on how to use it and stay safe. water pressure in bath and shower was very good.

ANTS! A lot of stairs to get into the property be aware if you have mobility issues, the apartment was over run by ants, and didn't see ant traps anywhere, they were even on the beds. shower leaked and had to use bath towels to mop up, had to ask for the room to be serviced and was only done once in 7 days, kitchenette tap water flow was a trickle, ants in the sugar, not an air tight container. wifi only worked well in the bathroom.

Accommodation is very clean and neat

When we got there, there was no one to welcome us. We found a garden guy, who told us the owner went out. He showed us where we are staying and left. There were no curtains. We were very exposed. No mop,, when we request one, we were told they are not in town. The lady who was staying nextdoir, shouted at us, telling us we are not allowed to park in the yard but accommodation has parking accordingly to Booking.com. She even said people who book normally comes with one car. But that was never mentioned to us as to how many cars can we bring or we are allowed to bring. We had two cars so we basically had no clue where to park or cars. We came from different locations. We needed secure parking and not just park on the street. The lady was very rude, and did not want to understand that when we booked, parking was one of the things we needed.

Everything was superb and they are friend how ever I think they should have heaters in the bedroom PA is extremely cold you cannot rely on the blankets.

There was no breakfast.
