Lovely double room with private bathroom and Double room with shared toilet & PARKING FREE

The room was clean and the location was good as well.

The behavior of the staff. While we asked where to take drinking water from or if there was a kitchen or any facility, as it was quite late when we checked it at night, they told us to fill our bottle from the bathroom!!! Being utterly disappointed we had to go out and search if any supermarket was open at that time. Fortunately, Lidl was nearby, and was open until then and we bought water. Moreover, the staff don't understand English properly. There were 2 of them at the property. One of them doesn't know how to speak English nor does she understand.

Location is excellent within walking distance to Edinburgh Town Centre if you like a big walk. We are in our mid 60’s and would get a day pass on buses and trams from Leith Walk and walk back if weather permitted

Could have provided milk for coffee and tea

I booked the room and turned up, but when we turned up we were told there was no room available and they would cancel and refund, this has not happened though!
