"Perfect, quiet and spacious escape."

Very nice place to escape hustle and bustle of Goan beaches and clubs. Very quiet and beautifully maintained territory. Rooms are Very spacious and comfortable, exactly as shown on photos. Enough physical and mental space to relax both inside the rooms and by the pool. Extremely welcoming and caring staff, good breakfast. We’ve stayed there for 6 days and were totally satisfied with our choice. Beach is 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive away. Cafes with very good European style food are also 20-25 mins of picturesque and safe walk.

Some noises coming from the local neighbours in the night. Probably the reason was that it was NY period with lots of celebrations.

Clean, courteous staff but minimal facilities in the room.

The room did not even have a TV. The towel hanger was coming out. The air freshened didn’t seem to work.
