Habitus Resort

A real gem of a find! A beautiful setting with a lovely pool area, spacious bungalows and a very good bar/restaurant on site. Very friendly staff and good proximity to Mandrem and Arambol beaches.

There was nothing to dislike!

The quietness and absence of families. I liked it while it’s quiet and secluded, as a solo traveler I really a calm space. The garden is very well maintained. Beds are comfortable. If you need to come with your children, please be aware that this is not a playground space many adults travel here to find some peace. Don’t shout because you can hear anything from the bungalows which are close yo each other. The stuff is super super friendly.

I stayed there for 10 days.. Only the last day I was offered to have a cleaning… I’m sure they would have asked. If you don’t have a transport, it’s difficult and far from the beach and shops. If you are a guest, PLEASE Respect the plants and garden, that is what makes it special and you should respect to keep quite - there’s many other places where you can be loud and have your children play around without having to consider other people. This place should be kept silent. Else it’s not worth going.

Habitus is the place to stay in North Goa! The Staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms / cabins are spacious, cozy and provide everything you need, while you are surrounded by nature. The location in Mandrem is ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the beach and local attractions. Since the Resort is located a bit further from the Main Street, I would recommend to rent a scooter! A personal highlight is the breakfast, which is very tasty and includes a different Indian speciality everyday. I would highly recommend Habitus for anyone visiting Goa and looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay. We will definitely come back!

The location is set in a beautifully maintained garden with a lovely pool area. The room are tastefully designed with all the mod coms. Extremely clean and well looked after. The staff were efficient and extremely friendly, accommodating all our needs. We tried the entire menu and every single dish was very tasty and perfectly presented.I would highly recommend Habitus to anyone seeking a peaceful, chilled experience within a short distance from the beach and all restaurants.
