Se pagรณ para poder utilizar todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel , entre ellos el transporte a la isla de Palomino , pero los botes no estaban funcionando y solo tenรญan uno muy pequeรฑo que fue imposible poder ir a la isla ya que la espera era de mรกs de tres horas en fila para poder ir .

"Beautiful location, new glass doors or repair them."

The location is amazing.

They need to fix doors. You could hear wind all night and shaking. This made it hard to sleep in nights there was a storm in our room.

"Beautiful place but staff and operations within the resort are not great"

Great location and a beautiful property

Quite badly run by staff. Everything like in house restaurants takes a very long time to book and there is a lot of inefficiency in operations. We were overcharged and it took 2 weeks to receive the money.
