Typical British property. Quite small. However it’s got all the facilities and appliances that you would need. The entrance to get to the property can be a bit scary - I believe it looks better in the summer. Bedrooms looked alright, living room was okay. Bathroom was good.

The host was communicative and very pleasant. The mattress in one bedroom was comfortable. Price was very reasonable.
The location is quite intimidating. Dark alley to access the property, people lingering and smoking outside the front door. Lots of rubbish around. Car park not accessible and dodgy. Lounge smelt of cigarettes and damp. Huge stain on carpet and ceiling. Hallway wallpaper peeling off. Drain smell in kitchen was really bad. Sofa bed mattress really thin and uncomfortable even for a child. Bedroom 2 mattress very basic and springs can be felt. Other bed fine. Bath not in use and taps taped up. Shower was fine although did smoke at first from electrical box No other hot water present. All very basic and tired. Wouldn't stay again. Host was nice though.

Small house with comfortable bedrooms. Nice, modern kitchen with new, clean oven, kettle, fridge, etc. Located down quiet alley, ten mins walk from centre of Luton. Wifi worked well. Friendly neighbours. Host seemed friendly too through online communications. Easy to get keys from lockbox.
Despite a heatwave in UK, heating was on full blast when we arrived. Upstairs carpet was grubby, and we struggled to get TV and shower to work well. Also, the house seemed to lack some basic things you might expect, such as a dining table, oven gloves and teatowels. Seems quite expensive all things considered.
