Zeer vuil, appartement was allesbehalve gekuist, stof / poeder op de kasten, douche met zand,.. niet Ok voor deze prijs en jammer want heeft wel potentieel (ondanks de wat louche buurt)

Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. There was mold in the bedroom, which is a serious concern. The wardrobe was broken and hardly usable, and the hallway light could not be turned off, causing unwanted light in the apartment at night. The furniture was very low quality and partly damaged (wobbly table, cracked chairs, extremely uncomfortable sofa). Additionally, the noise level on weekends was extremely high due to constant techno music day and night, making it very difficult to rest or work. Some basic items were missing, such as a drying rack and clothes hangers, (we ask for that but was not possible to organize) and the smoke detector was beeping initially

The property was very clean.

The host completely skimped on basic amenities - 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 oz. of shampoo and shower gel, exactly 4 towels (2 bath, 2 hand, NO washcloths or bathmat) and said they would charge me for additional towels. The property is located on the edge of El Barrio, making evening walks a bit intimidating (as did the homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in front). The shower door (glass slider) did not work on the tracks, and the whole door fell off in our hands. The kitchen sink had no nozzle, so the spray was like a fire hose. None of the appliances had instructions, so we had to guess about the over and washing machine. NOTE: Do not use the laundry. A single small load takes about 10 hours to wash and dry.

Very convenient and accessible, clean & complete property. It has a nice view of the old city and bay, although in a somewhat neglected part of town.
