Casa La Costa By Wynwood House

The apartment itself was absolutely wonderful, just like the photos on booking.com. Wished the place could have been my apartment....or home.

I didn't like that there were no employees at the place during the evening. On arriving from the airport, the code they sent me would not open the door to this establishment. I sat and waited in a dark alley not being able to access. Eventually another guest from the complex came to the door and thus I finally gained access. The following evening after much sightseeing and photo taking my phone had no more battery, thus I could not get into the building again. I phoned the help number but the individual was not helpful. My complaints about access were not taken seriously. They talked about a fob that should have been with my key. They supplied it eventually. I feel there should be someone accountable for newly arriving guests. The phone number I was calling stated the phone was in Peru.

The apartment itself was very spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The location was very convenient, in Casco Viejo (the Old Town of Panama City), walking distance to historic sights and restaurants. It was nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. The bedrooms are on the top level, accessible using a spiral staircase (okay for us, but not for those with limited mobility). Wifi was good.

Although convenient, the apartment was on the edge of a slightly gritty neighborhood. Security in the building is good but a bit inconvenient (you had to use a QR code to get OUT. A QR code to get in is appropriate, but to get out? This would be dangerous in case of a fire). Not all the bathroom supplies were present, and some of the lights were not working, so we had to request service. Service was prompt, though.

El sofa, la cama super incomodos, y que no había mueble para apoyar el jabón en la ducha

Me gustó mucho el orden y la modernidad de la casa

No tenía Parqueo y un poco la ubicación, pero todo bien se resolvió súper bien

I stayed in two different rooms for a week each and both were outstanding in every way. I’m in a 3rd room by Wynwood as I type this at one of their other properties and it’s just fantastic as expected. I will only use Wynwood properties moving forward, the staff is phenomenal and it’s just an all around amazing experience

La casa es excelente, es tal cual se ve en las fotos, además nos dejaron productos básicos como jabón para la lavadora, aceite y sal en la cocina. Fue un poco difícil entrar la primera vez ya que tuvimos problemas con el codigo QR, pero con la ayuda de otros huéspedes pudimos acceder y luego de esto todo fue excelente, sin duda volvería, es un hogar soñado.
