Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji,blisko do promenady, na stare miasto i na plażę Pane e Pomodoro. Posiada wszelkie udogodnienia,klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju,bezpłatne wi-fi,kawa,herbata,czysto,wygodne pokoje i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Chętnie skorzystam ponownie.

The property was of the highest standard. Close to the hub of Bari, walking distance to everything you’ll need and easy to access whenever you need.

It was a 12 minute walk from Bari Central, but once you got there,. It was amazing,. Less than 3 min from the water. Close to everything

Balcony had no view at all.

The location was great

It was too noisy, what you can't see on the pics is that on wall of the bedroom is 2 meters away from the elevator, you can hear the noise of the elevator anytime someone takes it, and there is movement in the building. The kitchen has a window on the street, which is also very noisy. The other thing is that the main entrance of the flat is 5 meter away from the one of the main building, and that is also annoying. There was moisture in the bedroom, the view from the masterbedroom is on a miserable court. I am allergic to moisture, I had a quite severe issue...

Condition of bathroom could have been better - lacked proper shelving in the shower to place soap etc - pretty basic and no hooks to hang up clothes in washroom. Otherwise ok.

Fabio is an extremely kind and helpful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and located in a very central yet quiet area. It’s also worth mentioning that the bed is very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and has many amenities. We used the kitchen to cook, the dishwasher and the washing machine. There are detergents for everything there and even enough coffee capsules to last us the whole stay :) We had great communication with the owner, he is a great guy. We stayed there around easter holidays and when we told him the coffee machine wasn't working properly, he came immediately, on easter day, to replace it.

A bigger and better frying pan would be good and some plastic/wood cooking utensils, the metal ones destroy teflon pans. The couch is leather, it's not to our taste and maybe because of that we found it very uncomfortable when watching tv.

The host was exceptionally kind and attentive to all our questions and needs. He made restaurant reservations for us, helped us throughout our stay, and always replied immediately. The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely return.

We could hear the building portone opening and closely loudly late at night, but once we fell asleep we were fine. The comfortable beds made up for this small inconvenience!
