The apartment is really good value , elegant , clean and comfortable. The owner could not have done more to help us and answered any questions questions immediately. You can reach the sea in 2 min and the city centre in 10 min. Is a perfect location both for holiday and work. Ecaterina

This is a clean apartment, on a quiet street, walking distance from the City center. A very well equipped kitchen, also washing machine available to do your laundry. Paid parking available on the street or in the neighborhood. A little bit more difficult to park Saturday night, but not impossible. I highly recommend this property if you want to visit Bari and the cities around. The owner is very nice, he waited for us to do the checking late in the evening (almost midnight). He recommended us local restaurants also.

Fully renovated and beautifully decorated new flat. The check in was super easy, with access code, which is very convenient, especially if you have a late night flight. Location was within 10 minutes walk to historical center and to central station. All modern, clean and cozy and the host was super responsive and supportive with all of our asks a grazie Fabio!

The only minor issue was related to the outside noise, as there are a lot of bars and restaurants and motorcycles and people passing the street can be rather loud in late night hours.

We stayed here for a week and it was the best decision! This apartment had everything there is to wish for starting from basic needs and ending in a beach umbrella, which was highly appreciated (; space is even bigger than it looks from the photos and everything is tastefully decorated. Air conditioning and window blinds in both rooms were a life saver and everything was really clean. We didn't meet the owner in person, but communication via messages was clear, polite and unexpectedly fast. The location is great too - as it was close to the seaside, beach, city center and old town.

The place has awesome location, is spacious and we'll decorated. AC in both rooms is a life saver. Separate wardrobe and big closets allow to keep the place tidy. On our request Fabio delivered the iron and ironing board. He was also very helpful, althought we haven't met in person. Highly recommend!
