1st site of the room was a perfect 10

The facility was hot, they had the air on 73. The air conditioner in my room was hard to work with, it wouldn't stay cold in the room no matter what. There was a used towel hanging on the shower curtain and a used bar of soap. And a small baby roach in the bathroom.

The AC broke within an hour of getting there and it would stay on at night we were sweating. Had to go to front desk for a fan. The area it was in was a little sketchy. I parked my car where I was able to see from our room window because lots of suspicious people walking around. There was people in the lobby mid area making a lot of noise til about 3am. Went down to purchase some water bottles and no one was at the front desk. Ended up having to leave earlier for a family emergency but I don’t think we would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and kindly gave us a refund for the stay since we checked out early. I appreciated their assistance and hospitality.

The beds were full of dirt and crumbs when we checked in. We asked for a different room and it was also dirty. There was hair all over the floor and a hole in the door to the conjoining room.
