"Overall a good experience but there are downsides as well"

The place - especially the garden and the rooms look brand new and really nice. The quality of the food is also very good and therefore is a nice place to spend an afternoon for example. The owners really invested their time and passion and that is visible in the surroundings.

Very noisy, we had a room with back view where you have trains going almost every two hours including over night. Sleep quality was really poor and from this point of view the accommodation was below expectations. Other observation: a bench was broken in the relaxation area.

"everything was excellent"
