Super nice place, clean and quite.

It was easy to park in front and free. The beds are comfortable , the towels are super soft. The landlady had soaps, coffee, olive oil, etc which makes things easier. The air conditioner works great. The landlady was very nice and very easily available. Always checking if we needed anything. The terrace is great but on the roof, not off the living room. Great to have a coffee but not for a meal, unless you have the courage to move everything upstairs.

Although for such a densely populated area it was very very quiet, right below the appartement there’s a bakery shop. The plus side is that for a few cents we got warm and fresh ciabatta. The downside is that there was noise from 4 am and we had trouble sleeping through it. The noise was muffled, but still kept us up. Also it’s worth mentioning that there’s no outside window in the living room, it leads to a quiet but dark indoor court so the living room requires the lights on.

We liked everything. The room and bathroom do not lack any detail. Everything is very new and super clean, beautiful furniture and a large bed with a very comfortable mattress. In an area away from noise, only 10-12 minutes from the monumental area. I have been in many accommodations and this has been one of the best. If the accommodation is excellent, Carmela, the hostess, is even more so. Very attentive and helpful. Among other attentions, when we left he brought us to the bus station. 100% recommendable.

Check-in was smooth, communication with Carmela was easy, she responded quickly. The guest house was very clean and tidy, it was pleasure to stay in the guest house and felt like home during our stay. There were large bed rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen was very well equipped with all necessary and high quality utensils and cooking facilities. The rooftop terrace was an enjoyable place to drink Carmela's home made limoncino in the evening! The guest house is only a short walk to the centre, parking was easy on the street.

Appreciated the comfortable room and friendly and kind host. There was a roof terrace area which was another positive feature of the property although unfortunately the weather was poor when I was in Noto, so I was not able to make use of it.

the hostess was so friendly and accommodating to all our needs close to the centre of Noto, close to all the restaurants and main shops I would recommend this place with no hesitation thank you so much signora Carmela
