A great and welcoming place if you plan to spend a night in Noto. Walking distance to the main attractions (a bit up hill). Possibility to park your car just next to front door (visited in January). Possibility to warm up the room, even when it was quite cold outside. Even if the host does not speak English, we were able to communicate with a little help of Google Translate. Everything you need for a short stay in the city. Bathroom, and additional heater there deserves mention. We enjoyed our time in the hotel, and would recommend it. And great cornettos in a bakery nearby!

Easy parking, easy to walk to centre, nice decor, very clean.

Perfect in every way. Carmela, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome. Beds were very comfortable. Heating worked well (we were there in December!). Fully equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with plenty of hot water. Parking was so easy, safe and free right outside the property. Communication with the owner was so easy. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Noto. Highly recommended - I really can’t imagine how it could be any better! Thank you so much Carmela.

The place is very clean, it has everything you need and an amazing terrace (we went in November so it wasn’t very used, but in summer it must be great). The spot is very close to the city centre! The owner is super kind!

Apparently there is a bakery right below which might be noisy during the night depending on your sleep. I personally didn’t hear anything and slept like a baby, while my partner woke up a couple of times.

Very stylish apartment, nice interior and feels cozy inside. Not far from the city center. Car parking is possible for free near apartment.

The place was shiny! Everything was clean- towels smells great, shower feels like new. There is a big dush with perfect stream and hot water. Super comfortable king sized bed with a Extra pillows. Carmella is super nice and welcoming, showed us the place and left us homemade limoncello bottle. Upstairs theres a shared terrace with sitting tables and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine with capsules. At the morning we had a fruit beg waiting for us near the doors room, with a little homemade Quince jelly. Definitely recommend this place!, felt like home. 5 minutes walk to the centre of noto, convenient and easy.

Though the neighborhood is quite in general we had hard time with the bakery downstairs in the same building that was working at night and made a lot of noises that wake us up a couple of times before dewn..have to say we were to lazy to close the window so it might be menegable 😅

Perfect location for visiting Noto and other places closeby. Quite place but yet not far from the center and getting out of Noto was also easy. Place perfectly clean, very friendly and helpful host, bottled water waiting in the fridge in the room. Nice roof terrace with kitchen amenities where you can drink coffee and tea, eat breakfast. If I were to come to Noto again I would surely choose the same place to stay.

Within walking distance of centre of Noto Host was pleasant and gave us some home made limoncello and olive oil when we left, which was a kind gesture
