Séjour pour anniversaire raté. très en dessous des attentes. Plusieurs équipements mis en avant dans la description étaient hors service : piscine fermée, jet ski indisponible, bar inutilisable, restaurant non ouvert le soir. La vue depuis notre chambre donnait sur des toitures en tôle, loin des images proposées en ligne. À notre arrivée, aucune trousse de toilette complète : seulement un mini gel douche et un mini après-shampoing pour quatre personnes, pas de savon. Les espaces extérieurs manquent clairement d’entretien, avec des déchets visibles, et l’accès par la route est difficile. Aucune explication ni excuse de la part de la direction. Enfin, certaines photos (comme celle avec un billard) sont trompeuses et ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

Located in a beautiful building in the centre of the city. Room was tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommended. Good breakfast is served within 100 metres.

Our room was on the ground floor and was very noisy (buzzing sound of machines). On top of that the staff was working in the courtyard until 1:30 at night, making a lot of noise. At 5 in the morning they started again making noise. When I went to complain the person just laughed at me in my face. This is unseen!

Breakfast was not included, but coffee was available. We chose this place for its location on calle 59 and proximity to bus dropoff location from transporting us from the train station. Pool on the roof.

Rooms were small by American standards. showers and bathrooms worked fine.

Location was ace, room small but perfect and Darcy at reception made my trip awesome! Pool was nice for some respite from the crazy heat and it’s right on the famous Calle 59, without being super noisy. Free daily coffee was lush. They let me hang out in the hallway until my 1am night bus and kept my bag secure for me all day! The night security cover helped me order a cheaper cab using his own account 🙏🏻

Lack of brekkie, and communal spaces - this is not a place for socialising. No top up of water or clean of room despite hotel prices.

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice. They offered us an upgrade for a better room and moved us from the third to the ground floor because the stairs were kind of steep. Also they gave us great recommendations for dinner.

Rooms are rather stuffy, with no windows. Fortunately the AC worked well. And it was not clean, when we arrived the floor was rather muddy, probably from the the latest guests, because the day before it had been raining.

Love it, it is so cute and comfortable The location is very convenient, right in the middle of everything.

The location is fantastic, very close to the main square and the seafront and with many restaurants and bars literally outside the front door. The roof-top splash pool, although small, is a welcome feature.

The shower head is beyond repair and should be replaced.
