- Location of the property is great. It is on the street next to GranVia. - 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds

- AC is in living room and not in the bedroom for one of the bedrooms. - Customer service personnel never responded to any of our concerns/messages during our stay.

Couldn't enter apartment because automatic lock system wasn't working. I had to download another app to enter . This was with assistance with the staff via WhatsApp. Terrace door latch was broken which causes security issues. Burned planters on terrace should be replaced (some idiot client must have used them as ashtrays). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This Madrid apartment was a perfect home base for our family! Its central location, just a block away from Gran Via metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants, made exploring the city a breeze. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a comfy living room with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that was larger than most we've seen. We didn't get a chance to use the little terrace, but it looked like a lovely spot for morning coffee. The one and a half bathrooms were a definite plus! This seems as an ideal spot for longer stays. The main bedroom was tucked away from the street, ensuring quiet nights, and our daughter didn't have any issues with noise in the second bedroom, which is closer to the street. Overall though, we highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a spacious and convenient stay in Madrid!

Two minor points for improvement: the sink and shower in the main bathroom drained slowly, and the sheets in the main bedroom could be a bit nicer.

the apartment is central in the city and you can walk to all the important touristic and interesting places in Madrid. There are a ton of restaurants and cafés around and the night life is great. The apartment is big and well outfitted. The kitchen is not perfectly stocked, but for a shorter stay it's perfect.

do remember that the room towards the street does get a little noisy at night

Perfect location. Close to the metro, close to the old town, shops and restaurants. There are several places around to buy food and daily necessities. The apartment had everything you need to live comfortably. Equipped kitchen, two air conditioners, dishwasher and washing machine. They also thought about such small things as coffee, tea, oil, salt, sugar, etc., which are usually needed in small quantities.

The apartment is not newly renovated, but it is still good enough. One of the TVs didn't work (we didn't need it). In one of the bathrooms, the sink was not draining. As in apartments, getting the keys is inconvenient, especially if the flight is delayed and you end up late for the pre-arranged time. We waited on the street in the heavy rain for quite some time.
