La ubicación

No me gustó que el wifi no funcionaba, que la TV no funcionaba bien y solo se encendía cuando quería. Tampoco me gustó que la puerta se debía abrir con una app en el móvil y que a veces fallaba por lo que me quede fuera de casa varias veces sin poder abrir la puerta de abajo. Esto supone que solo una solo persona puede abrir la puerta y es un inconveniente cuando vas con 6 personas y en algún momento del día decidís ir a diferentes sitios. Por último, cuando vas con más de 3 personas, la cuarta persona se duchará con agua fría. No lo recomiendo ya que todo esto ha sido comunicado al número de contacto que me dieron para cualquier duda y no me respondieron ni soluciones.

O check in. Tivemos que telefonar umas quantas vezes., ninguem atendia as chamadas. Não deram indicações de como fazer. Temos de ser nós a telefonar e ainda assim deja muito a desejar.

La ubicación es excelente, a solo dos minutos andando de Sol. El edificio está bien y el apartamento, en general, correcto.

La ubicación es excelente, a solo dos minutos andando de Sol. El edificio está bien y el apartamento, en general, correcto. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue muy estresante desde el primer momento. A la llegada, el sistema de acceso con app fue un auténtico caos: los encargados se explicaban fatal y no atendían nuestras llamadas (¡les llamamos más de 20 veces!). Solo respondían por WhatsApp, pero con mensajes poco claros, y pese a pedirles una llamada para aclararlo, se negaron en todo momento. Al final tuvimos que apañarnos solos, sin ninguna ayuda por su parte. Además, pedimos una cuna para el bebé y nos cobraron 50 € adicionales, algo que me parece indignante, ya que en la mayoría de alojamientos este servicio suele ser gratuito. Por último, es importante saber que debajo del hostel hay un pub, y el ruido es constante hasta pasada la medianoche, así que si buscáis descansar, no es el sitio ideal. En resumen: buena ubicación, pero el trato al cliente y la gestión dejan muchísimo que desear. No repetiría.
