B&B Riccioli

Everything was excellent. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, with a view of one of the liveliest streets in Catania from the balcony. The main square is just around the corner. All in all, we are extremely satisfied.

Services at moving in: unclear instructions, improper labeling of doors, unanswered phone calls.

What a little gem! Right in the historical center of Catania. Our room had 2 balconies (one from the bathroom) facing the market and lovely restaurants. The family room with a double bed and a single is very spacious and super clean. I had to work some days and use of the internet was not an issue and I had a comfortable big desk with small fridge and a chair. The bathroom is big with brand new shower. The whole apartment looked newly decorated and men were working on the stairways and the entrance - so those coming after us will benefit from it. There is a breakfast room with tables and chairs, kitchen with cooking facilities and a big fridge full of water supply. All bedrooms lead to this area where you can find various breakfast every day (serials, croissants, bread to toast, even eggs in the fridge). There were lots of choices and the restaurants being at our doorstep we were never hungry. :-) Francesco and Giuseppe (who has a tobacco shop opposite the B&B) are wonderful and super helpful even if it is late at night or early in the morning. We arrived early and checking in early was not at all a problem. The room is fully cleaned, bedding and towels are changed every 3 days which is a great service from this type of accommodation.

Francesco was the best host. Always responded to our needs. Very close to everything, we highly recommend it.
