The location and rooms are great, but the hospitality is phenomenal 11 out of 10 Stephen and his family are so welcoming and friendly. They offer free breakfast, free coffee (real coffee from an espresso machine), free laundry you name it. Best hosting I have experienced in Vietnam!

Hotel is located on Phu Quoc Marina and basics amenities are easily accessible by walking distance like super market and restaurant and cafe.The receptionist Stephen is very helpful and he's always ready to figure out any queries.

Everything about this property was amazing, in a quiet area but only a stones throw from the sailing club (worth a visit) and a local night market. The pool is fabulous with an abundance of loungers and a lifeguard! If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time this place is perfect!! The room was lovely just like the photos, clean and modern. Stephen was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay and was on hand whenever we needed him! We even ended up extending our stay and it was no problem and extremely easy! 10/10 isn’t good enough!

Stephen was the most gracious host! Seriously so kind and helpful providing recommendations. He even let me borrow his motorbike when I was in a pinch. All of the facilities are great.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a family room which was very spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and super fast. Our stay included breakfast, bikes to ride and laundry service which was great. The hotel is in a very quiet area. We had free access to the outdoor pools, which were beautiful. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a great beach club right on the beach for meals, drinks, fire shows and pool. Many small restaurants in the area, a night market with many food stands. You also get a free buggy ride to the supermarket and back. Center of Phu Quoc is just a 20 min ride and there is the Sonasea night market 5 min in Grab. We had a lovely and relaxing stay! Definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was just as described, if not better. The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10

We were just concerned that insects might enter the room, but everything turned out fine. We understood that this was Phu Quoc, Vietnam, where insects and lizards are perfectly normal for the island.
