Green Inn Phu Quoc Hotel

In Green Inn all the guests feel welcomed, Stephen takes very good care of the guests. I loved the sustainable approach - for water heating solar panels are used (just have to keep in mind, that during the night time water temperature is not even, but it’s not a big problem - you can still take a shower). For drinking water there is a filter machine - so clean drinking water is always available. Stephen took us to the nearby places like beach, night market or supermarket with his electrical buggy whenever we asked him. When we needed to wash our clothes, he offered laundry service included in the price. He arranged transfer from the airport to hotel with very reasonable price. We made friends with the driver, and used that taxi several times. Breakfast was very simple - fried eggs or omelette, but to make it more diverse we bought fruits and sandwich material from supermarket. It was allowed to use the kitchen to cook own meals. We stayed for 8 days. The area is very safe. Pool was also accessible within the price of hotel. Complex has three pools 20x20m, sun-beds were always available, not too crowded, lifeguard present all the time. Downstairs there were showers, changing room and toilets - all nice and clean. Area is clean and safe. Beach was clean with white sand. Sun-beds are 100k for a day. In the area there are many restaurants, massage saloons and a small night market. I would recommend to visit sailing club - prices are higher than on the night market but service is good. For room cleaning and towels change you have to tell Stephen, they clean on request, which is also sustainable approach.

Nothing remarkable to say. Don’t leave any food in your room openly, otherwise small ants come.

Everything! Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, fantastic shower with great pressure and hot water. Excellent location, shops and cheaper places to eat nearby or a stones throw from the beachfront for lots more options. Beach nearby was beautiful and very quiet. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff, Stephen in particular. From text updates on what was going on around the area, to making sure I was ok and had everything I needed, to the free use of a bicycle and free laundry service he really couldn't do enough to make sure I had the best stay possible! The morning staff serving the breakfast were great too, very polite and sweet. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back if I am in the area again

Everything was perfect

This seems to be a very new hotel in a large new development that is sparsely occupied (Jan 2025). However, this makes for a quiet stay (which we liked) and the hotel's communal outdoor swimming pool complex is fantastic! Also, there is abundant excellent street food just yards from the hotel and the nice beach is only about a three-minute walk away. Steven, the hotel manager, is friendly and very helpful.

If you want to experience the nightlife of Phu Quoc, this hotel is a little far away from that and you should probably stay north of the airport. However, we were happy to enjoy this quieter location.

We stayed there only 4 days. But it was a perfect rest. Steve and his team did all their best to enjoy being there. He was in touch 24 hours and helped with everything. A very reliable guy who does his work very well. Our room was clean and quiet. There were neither insects nor mosquitoes and not smelly. The area is good for rambling in the evening. There are some swimming pools for relaxing and the beach is walkable. And Steve can give you a lift to the beach. There is a small food area where you can eat something in the afternoon or spend time in the evening enjoying seafood. To sum up: I'd recommend to visit it . I'm absolutely sure you'll be glad to spend your holiday there. Thanks for everything.

Everything was ok

The property is quite new and is a good 3-star hotel; clean, comfortable and well located, ( close to a French pastry shop and restaurants and the local night market ) and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The area was serene , safe and nicely maintained. Stephen and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great little balcony with my room and a free breakfast with eggs. It was good value and I would stay here again. Also as much free filtered drinking water as you wanted! A bonus “green touch” that I really liked.

I liked the privacy, and didn’t need it but if you wanted your room cleaned more than scheduled, ( ie. every third day) you just need to ask. This was fine for me but it might bother some people.

Everything. The place is really calm, near the beach y has a really big pool. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable and clean. You can use the kitchen and fridge. Stephen is really kind and helps you in anything you need. I recommend the place 100%!!

Two great stays at the Green Inn this month. Mr Phu and the housekeeping team are so kind & helpful, going out of their way for anything you need. Modern, clean, air conditioned rooms, a great communal kitchen downstairs with the team providing a tasty light breakfast each morning. Some of the best coffee I had during the trip and available all day! The free bikes are brilliant to explore, 2 mins to the pool, 3 mins to the promenade & beach. Night food markets, small shop, massages, wine bar all a short walk or ride. Only 15 mins from the airport - super convenient. The area is a little quiet, but great to switch off and relax. Highly recommend. Thanks Mr Phu!

Stephen was a wonderful host and always on hand to help with something. Really convenient location and the kitchen space was excellent for preparing for our Ironman event. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get close the the beach but keep the costs reasonable. Gorgeous shared pool space too. Thanks again Stephen!!

The water pressure/ temperature would constantly switch from hot to cold. A minor feedback otherwise perfect.

Great stay at the Green Inn. Clean and comfortable room. The host is very friendly and generous. He would do everything possible to make you happy and feel at home. Highly recommended!
