The host was very welcoming and accomodating from arrival. Room was lovely and spacious. It was close walking distance to the main road so no noise to keep you awake. Water/ beer/ soft drinks were cheap downstairs at reception. Breakfast was lovely.

Only downside was no mini fridge in the room or daily cleaning/ make up of the room. We probably missed this in the description but everything else was great!

Établissement parfait pour découvrir Tam Coco Le lieu est très agréable avec des chambres spacieuses et lumineuses (parfois rare en Asie) Le personnel est très accueillant Possibilité de louer des vélos/ scooters à prix compétitifs et service de pressing sur place. J’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Family run and the family are so nice. Always have a smile and nothing is an issue. Room is big and the bed was comfy. 5 minute walk to the main strip. Which was great its away from the noise

期待してなかった朝食、スタート時間遅くバタバタ　二日目の朝、昨日より遅く行ったが冷たいピラフ、目玉焼き　多分残り物。萎れたサラダ少し　支度が遅れてるんだと待っていても宿泊客は私達だけの感じ。驚いたのはパン。7:30ホテルの奥さんが丸パンを袋にたっぷり買って帰った。丸パンがゴロンと置かれた。パンだけでも頂こうかなと振り返ったら無かった！！なんと引き上げてた〜珈琲も冷めてるし最悪。朝食は喫茶店で取りました。

La unica pega es que debe tener un termo para todo el hotel y si se ha duchado mucha gente a esa hora te toca ducharte con agua fria..

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte als Ausgangspunkt unserer Bootstouren und Ausflüge in Ningh Binh genutzt. Mit ~ 27€ pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück war das Hotel sehr preiswert. Wir wir den Wäscheservice genutz (2 Kilo in 24 Stunden), dieser funktionierte sehr gut, nichts war verwaschen.

Die Zimmereinrichtung war lieblos und extrem reduziert. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und auch hier können wir die sehr gute Bewertung des Hotels nicht nachvollziehen.

PROS: - Location was far enough from tourist area to be quiet, but close enough to walk to. - Staff tried to help and be friendly, especially woman that does breakfast and does housekeeping. - Swimming pool was nice. - First 2 mornings the breakfast was really good and plentiful.

CONS: - Too many amenities (over 40) are listed on Booking.com page that are not true - they are not present at property. - Nobody at the property speaks any English. - There were no motorbikes to rent, so we rented elsewhere. - Nightly rate was DOUBLE (especially for all the amenities it didn't have) what it should be comparing to other similar properties in immediate area. We based our decision to stay at Havana Tam Coc Ninh Binh on the amenities listed on their Booking.com page. Especially that there is a kitchen in the room. But, it also noted that there is a jacuzzi in the room and many other things that don't exist. Either though an honest mistake, or deliberate deception, we based our decision on falsehoods. If our stay was not just 4 nights, but two weeks, we would've looked for another place to stay. Even so, there was not much availability at the last minute. We feel we deserve a complete refund due to this experience.
