"Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage"

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal war sehr sehr nett! Am Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei und sehr lecker. Lediglich das Wasser in der Dusche wurde teilweise nicht warm, aber sonst alles super. Uns wurde ein Roller organisiert und Wäsche konnte man auch machen lassen.

Recht clean vom Look her

Sehr sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, auch das Frühstück recht simpel, schade, dass die Besitzer kaum Englisch können (hat die Kommunikation etwas schwierig gemacht), uns wurde ein wirklich schrottiger Roller ausgehändigt (kein Licht vorne und hinten, extrem schlechte Bremsen, Rückspiegel locker - also echt gefährlich)

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil, il est possible de louer des vélos directement, et de réserver des excursions L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Tam Coc

Pour le prix, la chambre est assez sommaire, il n’y a pas de couette pour le lit seulement un drap. Nous avons réservé quatre jours et le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois.

It was well situated within Ninh Binh. The bike rental was helpful too.

When we arrived we were placed in a room that was different to what we booked , but it was resolved quickly .

"Nice room for price"

Rooms were nice and clean. Pool looked nice but too cold for us in October.

The staff didn’t seem to know where our booking was to start with and had to face time someone, but also spoke very little English so was a bit confusing to start with, but ok in the end. We also did washing here and a couple of items were missing when returned - turns out the accidentally mixed it with another couple - we got it most of it back but a t-shirt was lost which wasn’t ideal…

The rooms are very spacious and well lit. The property is very easily accessible from restaurants and other shopping spots.

The morning breakfast could have been better.
