Eastern Green Apartment, Penzance - Beach access and Parking

It was good to be able to easily walk to the coastal path and into Penzance. Sainsbury's and Tescos with petrol station next door handy if you need them. We were able to park close to the property in private car park. Apartment was adequately clean, nicely decorated and well equiped, although we didn't do any cooking there and didn't watch any TV. Just about big enough for two people, but I wouldn't like to try and stay there with 4. New electric shower with rain option, although difficult keep temperature constant. WiFi worked.

First floor appartment with steps outside to get to it. Didn't really live up to my expectations going on information and photos on Booking.com Traffic noise at night and lots of light coming in around the edges of the blinds from the streetlamp outside the bedroom window. Flats complex very tatty from outside with dirty communal bins Bathroom quite cramped with really tiny basin. No 2-pin shaver socket anywhere, nor adapter, so I couldn't charge my toothbrush. Wooden benches at table very hard and uncomfortable to sit on! Worked out very expensive for two nights - I guess the cleaning cost is standard regardless of length of stay.

Very clean and has everything you could possibly need.
