Excellent host, very good communication throughout our stay. A smart and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location, very close to all local amenities and most popular places to visit in Penzance.

Location was good that we had all shops close by but the area but the look of the outside of the property is questionable

We arrived by train and the apartment was not far from Penzance rail station. There are both a Tesco and Sainsbury’s supermarkets nearby. The whole apartment block did not make a good first impression, as many of the properties look in need of a good paint job. However our apartment had been refurbished to a good standard, and was well equipped.

The general condition of the whole complex, which gave a bad first impression.

The hole property was well presented and clean will definitely go again not sure about parking resident were telling me i cant park certain residents down stairs with a black car
