Comfortable contemporary Appartment inside. Beds & fittings were in excellent condition

Located in an area surrounded by commercial businesses flats looked down at feel and in much need of painting and sprucing up. Many of the flats appeared permanently lived in and so it felt intrusive as strangers to be staying there.

Building is rather run down around but you need to look past this and once you open he door it’s perfect

"Perfect holiday home"

Chalets in the compound look run down on approach but dont let it put you off its nothing a good paint wouldn't solve, apart from that it's a well designed compound with communal drying areas and clearly marked recycling/rubbish disposal. It's also ideally placed for access to supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons) and perfect base for coastal walks to Marazion or Newlyn and Moushole. The coastal path into town is a lovely walk to connect to the bus or train stations or just continue on the coastal walk. The interior of this apartment is clean, well maintained, bright and modern with lots of natural light. I also found it very peaceful. Shower room was very clean and easy to use with plenty of hot water. I would definitely return.

Nothing I was very happy during my stay.

"On balance I wouldn’t stay there again"

The property included a washing machine.

Its location is not very good and the general state of the exterior of the property is very poor. Rubbish, what appear to be abandoned cars and neglected maintenance to the exterior are very off putting.

Location Close to bakery, petrol station & supermarket. Short walk into Penzance Neat but small apartment

The hand basin is too small. We understand that space is limited but hard to wash Exterior.
