Eastern Green Apartment, Penzance - Beach access and Parking

to be honest, not much

Not that there was anything wrong with the apartment, but the location was average, and the beach access was across a flyover, but the entire place was a little tired and needs a coat of paint like the rest of the entire complex.

The apartment was well appointed and clean

Seating space was limited for three adults. The surrounding area was very unappealing

It was stuffy and hot. We weren’t told about the keys to unlock windows to allow flow until we were leaving. Other than that it was good

Unfortunately not enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. Shower leaked in the corner therefore floor got wet.

Clean and pretty well located, à short walk into Penzance along the coastal path, comfortable beds and à well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony to sit on after a day out walking.

The shower was a bit temperamental and it was a bit closer to the main road than I had anticipated. But it wasn’t too noisy at night. There were a few ants in the property but nothing serious. An extra chair might be useful for a fourth person. Ideal for 3.
