Eastern Green Apartment, Penzance - Beach access and Parking

Lovely apartment clean and tidy just the surroundings need some attention and shower wasn’t great

Fantastic property, enough room for a family to spread out with two good sized bedrooms. Loved the washing machine.

Exterior of the properties is in poor condition with scaffolding on the walls. There was no tea towel provided.

Very close to all the popular places in Cornwall . You’ll be looking at 20-30 minutes drive to each or less .

Sink is quite small but it’s something which you can look past when you’re staying for a few days .

Whole complex is dated and needs a lick of paint to make it more inviting (not this apartment) On first approach can look daunting
