Location. Quiet.

We wasnt able to use the microwave as it had not been cleaned and was rusty inside but apart from that it was a nice stay

My second time staying here as its such a great location to access the coastal path and easy to walk into town with several large supermarkets within easy reach. The apartment has everything needed for a stay including a washing machine. The complex can be a bit off-putting on approach as it needs external painting but the apartment is bright, modern and clean and for two people was a good base.

"Great short break, ideal for Penzance and local area."

Clean and neat. Has everything you would need for a short stay. Ideal for couples or single. Bijou. The sheets! Amazing quality. Quiet.

The outside makes it look like a dodgy area. Be aware there are stairs to climb to get to it. The key was a little awkward in the lock. The street lamp by the hedge some in the room at the front.
