2 Bed Boutique Apartment with free parking

Proximity to old city centre.

Pan and colander needed washing before use.

The apparent was absolutely fantastic,

Excellent location and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Liked how easy it was to find and to get the keys and inside the building

It could have been cleaner… parts of the bathroom was dirty and not been cleaned for a while. Some areas needed tlc, there was a stain on carpet near bin and the spill hadn’t been cleaned properly. Corners of kitchen cupboard near fridge was peeling, bathroom was peeling on ceiling. The building had an alarm going off through the night near the front door, saying a fault.

Well presented apartment, very clean and comfortable and easily accessible to city and local amenities.

No concerns as to the property during our stay.

The parking was great bonus, it being on the ground floor was good as my elderly father has arthritis. The flat was very clean but just lacked the little touches we have experienced at other locations within York at the same costs.

The apartment smelt like the previous occupants had been smoking. We are all non-smokers, so we found this a bit off-putting on entering.

Very clean and airey apartment. All you need for a short stay. close enough to the centre and universities to walk. Comfortable beds. Great advantge having the free parking.
