The property was so comfortable, clean and very homely , it had everything in there for a perfect stay. The location was perfect too.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. Stores, malls and restaurants not far from the building.

Not big but if you want to use the pool best to let the host know a day in advance to get passes for the pool to avoid inconvenience apart from that all good.

The apartment is conveniently located in Pasay City specifically SM Mall of Asia, making it accessible to other locations in the area. The unit itself was very clean & had complete amenities for your stay. It featured a cozy bedroom & quaint living room which can conveniently accommodate 4 people. It had a nice view of the city scape with its balcony. Also located on the ground floor of the unit are food stalls & convenience stores that you can visit to replenish your supplies. Water pressure and heater in the bathroom were fully operational. They offered complete dining utensils and you can cook if needed. Host was very kind, patient & understanding with our queries and needs.

This is not the fault of the property owner, but the internet signal for wireless communication may be intermittent and you may experience a lag when trying to use data call in the vicinity; however, the wired internet in the living room provided average to above average internet speed while inside the unit.
