The location is fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids. Room was clean and inviting.

We arrived during a heatwave and the aircondition in the public areas was not quite sufficient. The food at dinner was one day fantastic and the next day plain out awful. Not sure why the difference.
