Just across the road from Kabalana beach! The room is part of a separate small villa so not very social but it feels like your own home. Having a fridge is a huge bonus for cold drinks etc. There is a nice wall light you can turn off from the bed (a rarity in my experience of Sri Lanka). The hosts are wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast is great and very filling I didn’t really eat lunch whilst I was here.

Staff is so helpful and kind, location is perfect: both close to the beach and yet very private

Nothing, all good. Maybe the only thing is that the railway is very close and may be loud. But trains pass very seldom.

The location was fantastic, just 2 minutes from Kabalana Beach. Also, the other guests were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.

There was no hot water available during my stay. The room I stayed in was next to the train tracks, which could be very noisy, but this is something I had read about beforehand

Very nice house! So close to the beach break Rocks point special place for surfing, super friendly family! I really enjoyed staying in this accommodation it was be best choice in my vacation in Ahangama ! Highly recommendation if you want stay longer owners doing discount for price and for finding cheap motorbike

Perfect location for Kabalana beach and surfing. Medigama and kabalana are much nicer places to stay for your Ahungama trip!

Very close to the beach and nice restaurants, basic room but with all you need, super nice host and the house is surrounded by beautiful nature

It’s right next to the rail track but even if I actually have a light sleep I slept better here than anywhere else
