Sterling Breeze - Luxury Beach Front Condo

The location is great. It's a pity that breakfast is not provided.

The hygiene is very poor and the room is leaking.

This is a very nice condo with a great view with a great beach close to pier Park but not super busy

It’s close to every so much to do in the area

Beautiful beachfront property with gorgeous view of the gulf from living area and master bedroom! I enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful blue waters of the gulf while still in bed. Nice view of lake on opposite side of condo as well. I had read reviews complaining about elevators being slow, but we had no issues with waiting on elevators and they were super quick getting from ground floor to the 14th floor where our condo was. Management and staff super friendly and quick to respond to questions.

On the water and close to Pier Park

Two pull out couches that were mentioned in the description when booking were not there. One was replaced with a tiny foam couch that transforms to a bed but it’s extremely small, low and uncomfortable. The second loveseat did not transform to a bed. The pillows are super uncomfortable and the extras have no pillow cases and are stained. Smelled musty in the apartment and seems much smaller than the square footage listed. Would’ e preferred to be advised they control the temp ahead of time. Eventually, the thermostat code was removed so we could control it.

You Need a code to control the thermostat. Host wasn't willing to give up the code. The room was extremely hot the first night.

The staff was super friendly and the condo was very clean. Staff was always tidying up, cleaning, and maintenance of the building. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of different condos in Panama and Sterling Breeze is at the top of my list. Staff was so engaging. The hallways smelled so good and everything was spotless. We didn’t have to wait on elevators or carts for luggage! Overall a great condo!

Good location, on site parking, very friendly staff

These are just minor things: Although on site parking was available we had to pay a one time fee. Our unit was very nice but didn't have pot holders and kitchen wash cloths. Could not use the grill since it was very old and rusty. The bedroom TV required an account to watch regular and local stations.
