Sterling Breeze - Luxury Beach Front Condo

The only thing I disliked was that I couldn't stay longer.

The location was excellent and the bed in the master was very comfortable. Amenities within the condo were excellent and connection to the Justin was very helpful during our stay.

The towels leave something to be desired. It would be nice to have large luxurious and fluffy towels, along with hand towels and wash cloths. The towels were rough and very thin. Most places offer at least 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths per guest. Since it is a beach condo, separate beach towels would also be very helpful.

Location was great! Had the basic amenities. Limited towels, a few things not cleaned from the last guests, basic kitchen supplies was nice.

A few extra towels would be nice. The grill did not work which was one of the reasons I bought stuff to grill for dinners. Microwave did not work the entire trip (9nights)., didn’t really need it. Was told it would be hard to get someone to look at it. Might not have been good for other renters with kids.

I loved the very clean and spacious condo. The location was perfect, and the view was breathtaking.

The dishwasher didn't work the entire week we were there. It wouldn't clean. It would run and finish the cycle, but the dishes were still dirty, and the soap tablet was untouched. The garbage disposal side of the sink was stopped up and had a horrible smell. There were only 3 washcloths and 5 towels for our party of 8. So, I had to constantly wash clothes to have towels and washcloths for showers. There were no potholders and very few utensils and pots and pans. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

First time we opened the door it smelled of feet and mildew in the master bedroom and bath ,thermostat was constantly setting itself to 76 in the middle of the night ,there’s black mold in the washer and in the coil for the air handler. We went out and bought bathroom cleaner in hopes that it would help tame the locker room smell, but unfortunately it did not do much good. There was also sand in the bed when we first got there and a stain on the comforter, so we had to clean all linens before going to bed. My newly wife became very sick during our time there from our departure we actually left earlier than departure date because of these circumstances. Spending our honeymoon taking care of my sick wife was not how we intended to spend our first week married together. I’m not one to complain much, but we’re weren’t pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. We feel that something’s could’ve been maintained a lot better for what we paid for, and we expected things to be a lot cleaner than what we got. That being said, we loved the view,loved the scenery,loved the location, being close to everything was so wonderful, and all staff and facilities were so helpful. It’s a beautiful condo and just want to bring to light these issues we encountered in order to make the condo more enjoyable for others.

Location was great being right on the beach.

Too crowded, slow elevators, condo was not very clean and needs a bunch of work / repairs.

Right on the ocean, pool is heated and the elevator were fast. Not crowded at all. Gentlemen at night helped us get cornhole bags and games for kiddos to play so that was fun.

The master bathroom smelled awful like somebody had a cat litter box in there. The other bathroom had mold all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Dishwasher did not work properly and the coffee pot had not been cleaned since the last visitors. Cleaning was just not up to par. Husband and I were charged different prices for same drink at the bar on different nights so that was odd.
