Sterling Breeze - Luxury Beach Front Condo

Condo was a generous size, and I liked the layout and balcony. Nicely decorated. If the maintenance items I mentioned are addressed, then yes, I would stay there again and hopefully relax next time.

AC had to be reset every time a door was opened. Wiring for cable TV was hooked up to the wrong connection. Unable to pull in channels. The kitchen stove was filthy. It had food spillage running down the front. Towels and washcloths had a funny spell. Went to wash clothes, and the washer had mold build-up on the rubber gasket. I called for service, and no one showed up the entire week to clean/repair it. I finally ran a 4-hour self-cleaning cycle and added bleach. Watching the cycles clean, it was disgusting to see all the large chunks of mold being tossed around inside. It probably needs to be run on another self-cleaning cycle to ensure it's totally clean. I did not have time to do this as we were leaving the next day. I did wash some towels, and they smelled 100% fresher. Stripped the linens off the beds the morning of departure. The pillows were pretty soiled, and so were the mattresses. I would suggest using a plastic mattress protector followed by a quilted one for comfort and sanitary purposes. Same thing for pillows (they really need replacing). I really would like to point out that the condo and furnishings were very nice. The grounds of the condo were lovely and well kept. I do believe the lack of cleanliness in Unit 1407 needs much improvement.

The staff at Sterling Breeze are really nice! We especially liked how personable one of the security guards were. The lobby, walk way, garage and pool area and the bathroom by the pool were all very clean! The beds are comfortable and the condo is decorated nicely. There was lots of extra beach toys, which the kids loved! I'd love to stay here again once the cleanliness of the condo is addressed.

An elevator went out half way through our stay and made it a nightmare to go anywhere bc we were on the 14th floor. The elevator will be dowm for months per the lobby staff. The condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. My 4 yr old found a used condom wrapper within minutes of our arrival, the carpet in the guest room is horrible, there was lots of dust on the lamp shades & wall decor. The grill has not been cleaned in no telling how long so this interfered with our dinner plans for a couple of the nights. The washer and dishwasher have mold in them as well as the shower grout and under the rim of the sinks and toilets. I messaged about my concerns to receive no response so that's disappointing.

Cleaning team wasn’t the best in the apartment, they missed some important spots. But the apartment was very nice, great view.

Everything was amazing. The view was to die for. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there!!

Sand on all the floors in the room. Entrance door almost impossible to open. It needs adjustment, replacement. Couch cushions were bad.

The place was wonderful and roomy! Plenty of room for 8 of us! It is right on the beach and has a great pool and tiki bar w food. Walking distance to Pier park where there is food, shopping and entertainment.

When I arrived, parking was $50!!! I have never paid so much for parking anywhere I have been. This might have been ok if I had been there for a week, but I was only there one night. I think it should be prorated for those short stays. I did not know about this ahead of time.
