ACAR AIRPORT +PLUS

Service was bad, bed and bedding were unsafe, dirty and one very small sheet for cover. Kitchen in reception area and smell of burning oil which put me off breakfast. I had to buy my own breakfast. Staff speak very little English and not very helpful. It was very unpleasant experience.

This is an unfreindly place especially hostile to Americans garbage includinf tires are dumbed in the front of teh building.

Overcharged...Charged my card again after I left？？ Tried to contact the hotel and booking.com. So far no reply....

Room wasn't the same I've booked, so asked to change it. Room was with the window to the corridor. No kettle in the room. Shower head can't fix.

No car park,breakfast basic not enough seating area, in the rooms by the window not finished properly

Manager charged me twice even the booking was prepaid. The hotel just across of mosque. No chance to nap or sleep - muezzin every 2 hours.

Nobody helped me with my luggage And reached the reception he wanted my to pay 75 € for dinner and transport to airport which is 10 min away from airport. I reached the lobby in the floor of my room , it was floor full of water leakage I went to my room there was sesame in the drawers, no water in the room, and the smell of the room was hectic.
