They indicated airport shuttle available, but didn't mentioned it is not free, while when you write in amenities section airport shuttle is available it means it's on the room, and doesn't have extra charge!

"We arrived in hotel 7pm. Guy check system n call other guy to see computer. Then they were talking and saying Very cheap"

Nothing . Is must be a minus minus zero. There is nothing to like there. Wish I can put more picture in

Disgusting room . Bed bugs.(see videos)damaged wall . Disgusting matress which we get in dump yard. Very poor /rude guy customer service

"It is a pity, the stuff was really helpful and nice, easy to communicate to, but the hotel is clearly outdated, if not,"

The stuff was super friendly, easy to communicate, whatsapp, calls etc, quick respond. The towels were big and clean, they offer shampoo, shower gel. The bed itself was comfortable, had plenty of space to store personal items.

The facilities were really poor: the window was broken, half of the curtain was hanging from the curtain rod, the pillows had no pillowcases, the shower cabin had no door, the water was cold, there was hair on the floor in the shower room, there was no hair dryer.
