Countryside Holiday Park by the River nr Canterbury (Pet-Friendly)

we received emails on how to collect keys but this unfortunately was amended and then we eventually had to ring the contact who helped us find the keys , slight problem but quickly sorted

the access road was blocked meaning we had to divert to a longer route to get to the dog and duck , the road signs were poor and if we followed the closure notices we would never have arrived - we ignored the road signs . They should have advised access route to dog and duck .

Quiet and clean. Staff very friendly. Central for Canterbury and surrounding places to visit.

The location was very good.

Instructions for the gas oven and the microwave.

Location was first class, right in the middle of everything. Park was well kept friendly people and close amenities.

Towels not provided, towels for dogs provided but not for my wife or myself, don't understand, bedding provided but not towels, had to buy towels and use unwashed towels??? Also hottest few days of the year and bedroom window would not open.

The location was beautiful, so peaceful but fantastic pub on site. Food was amazing and prices were really good. Excellent value all round. In fact I’ve booked again it was so lovely.
