The Burton- Free Gated Parking

Place was nicely presented with easy access into the heart of Manchester. beds were all reasonable size and private car park was very handy

It could have been cleaner, found a hair roller under 1 bed and some old peanuts under another, these were loose so lucky there was no peanut allergy. Unfortunately a few things needed repair, i put in the bath plug then needed a spoon to get it out as the control knob did not work. It did not have a pleasant smell when we walked in but after leaving windows open smell went.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants around. Good communication by whats app/email from hosts (Britannia group). Dated building, but neat and clean.

Bit noisy till late night - student hub. Top floor apartment. Very hot in summer. Tight parking behind apartment complex.

Location near the Tram station.

Mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable. Bathroom was missing basic things. The exhaust fan was not working. Taps needed fixing. No shelf to place toiletries. Living room sofas were unclean and vertical blinds broken.

Stayed in this place with my family absolutely lovely apartment, it was clean when we came there was also plates and cutlery we could use. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Manchester and want to be only a 10/15 min drive from city centre and 2 min walk to Tesco and a tram stop. Can’t complain it was quiet and clean 5 stars

Don’t really have a bad thing to say expect for the car park it’s very narrow to get in and out but we were told when the booking was made by the host.
