Parking , Located on very noisy street

Staff were very responsive They allowed me early check in which was a life saver for me as I was with child. Close to tram (although did not need it). Spacious apartment. Free gated car park was a bonus. Provided enough towels.

Location - Flat 3 was just above Tesco express. Made stay very noisy from 6am until 11pm (early morning shop opening and stocking). Area very busy/noisy with police siren multiple times through the night. A lot of pubs and small restaurants around which meant noisy passersby into the wee hours (to/fro). Just all round noisy! Window blinds in rooms no longer fit for purpose - the light glare (coupled with noise) from 4am prevented refreshing night rest. Flats could do with fans at this time of the year (I didn’t ask though so maybe would have gotten one). Allen way to car park was very narrow and unkempt - larger vehicles will struggle to access the car park. A specific occurrence fed-back directly to host, to rectify quickly as not good for business.

Well laid out and located 100 metres from tram, and with many bars and restaurants. A very vibrant area and an uber got us in to Midland hotel for under £10.

Soap and shampoo were empty in bathroom, found out when I was in the shower ( mine were in the bedroom). No tea towel, 2nd room velux could do with a blind as it got light at 4.00am

The beds were very comfortable, they provided us with a travel cot and high chair which were both in pristine condition. The flat was clean and there were teas/coffees/biscuits provided. The location is fantastic - near cafes and restaurants, tram stop to the city centre and a lovely playground nearby. Surprisingly it wasn’t noisy despite being on a main road.

Clean, comfortable and well located. Gated parking. Within easy walking distance to the Christie Hospital.

The cooker was pretty poor. Missing a bread knife and a can opener.

Very clean, comfortable property. Parking was a bonus.
