It was very clean. Spacious apartment. The location next to the tram station is good. Didsbury is a pleasant suburb

The overall experience was poor. The bathroom soap dish, toothbrush holder, toilet brush all need replacing. The grouting needs cleaning/replacing. The bathroom door had a hole in the back of it. The kitchen needs upgrading. It's about 50 years old. The sofa smells and needs dry cleaning. The blinds are awful - like an office block from the 1980s and have a panel missing from them. It is noisy - you definitely need ear plugs to sleep. It's above a Tesco Express and delivery noise starts early in the morning.

Great location, Burton road has lots of lovely cafes and restaurants, very pleasant area. The apartment is comfortable, comes with gated carpark, fast wifi. The alleyway to the carpark is tight as stated in the previous reviews, but I had no problem with standard size sedan. Would return, had a pleasant stay.

Great location close to resturants West Didbury high street and tram, good car park but need to check size of vehicle as a very narrow alleyway to access, but secure if car fits. Beds comfy , some use full things left kitchen roll washing up liquid pan scrubber etc nice size property lots of light. Emma host is very helpful and friendly.

Property needs a deep clean, washing mashine was full of water as stuck on a cycle from a previous let but not checked blinds dont fit properly so let in alot of light, need stronger better fitting ones, oven was very dirty and greasy, had to request it was cleaned, no plug in kitchen sink or bowl to wash up so wasting water and annoying. Bathroom essential empty not refilled till requested, shower very poor and rail holder broken so didnt stay up easily, radiator in bathroom by sink and were hand towel rail is was full of dust, dirt and cobwebs gross basicly. The.carpets are ready for a clean too Property above tescos so be aware they have a noisy delivery every day between 7 and 7.30. Some issues mentioned were resolved eg washing machine and bathroom essestianls, when spoke To Emma and after talking understand a few issues with cleaners, however the general maintance is poor as is the cleaning basic not intersive as is expected by owner/manager. Few things to sort to improve along side add a jug and grater plus bowl to kitchen equipment a few cheapish but useful basics as very sparse currently when trying to cook a meal. Stayed for 10 nights, could be lovely and worth the high price but unfortunatly its not a high enough standard currently, which is a real shame. I hope able to take negatives mentiined and turn into posatively as said could be lovely., with simple improvements.
