The Burton- Free Gated Parking

2 Adults and 2 teenagers and it was perfect for us. I will say that if you are going as a family then there aren’t any serving dishes for a meal and no dining/kitchen table to eat at unless it’s good weather and you can eat outside but as long as you know then it’s no big deal and we worked around it. The beds were amazingly comfortable!! The tram stop is ant 1 minutes walk from the front door- not even that probably. There’s a Tesco express next door so if you are self catering then it’s an added bonus! Burton Road tram takes you straight into Deansgate in the middle of Manchester and from there you can go in any direction. The secure electric gated parking was just fab- we had a Nissan Narvara 4x4 and it fitted down the approach alley easily and once in the car park you could park several small buses. Emma - the host is always at the end of the phone and is polite and chatty. I requested that the heating be turned on prior to our late arrival and it was- we were super cosy.

Not a complaint but some cotton sheets or similar could be made available just in case the quilt is too hot.

A great flat. Functional and with everything you need for a short stay. Great location for shops, bars and restaurants. Next to the tram too!

Unfortunately, the carpet throughout was dirty. When I used the dustpan and brush, loads of hair came away from the carpet.

Comfy flat, comfy beds and fantastic location. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for two people. Free from the strong smell of artifical fragrances that spoils some apartments. Convenient location very close to the metrolink stop. Great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Just two small points. There is a microwave but no microwavable dishes. A couple of large glass dishes with lids would be useful. Also, the kind of bath mat that gets washed with the towels would be better than the one provided. I don't want to use a bath mat that has already been used by someone else.

Apartment was clean and tidy bedrooms were nice size free parking was a bonus collecting keys were easy enough metrolink right on the doorstep so we could get about Manchester

It was very noisy early morning bins being thrown around when somebody upstairs used the water a grinding noise could be heard in our apartment the only other thing was no tv could use bbc i player or itv live we managed to get our prime on the second night but Netflix wouldn’t work either

Location was very good, and nice tidy flat.

Parking through alley way is not very comfortable, specially if you have saloon car.
